We believe that we all need to be on the same page. To create a shared understanding of this process it is important to go over the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of all parties involved.
When we decide that we’ll work together we must complete the MOU. It will be completed by all three parties that have a stake in the work experience: the employer, The Collective, and the young adult.
