If an employer becomes one of our Hiring Partners, The Collective is committed to helping them build an employment pipeline customized to their hiring needs. Not only do we find and prepare young adults with soft and technical skills, we also support employers, provide ongoing coaching during the hiring process and provide ongoing mentoring to help increase retention.

In order to support our young adults in transitioning to careers, it is critical they have professional exposure and allies. We look for career professionals who are interested in walking alongside a young adult for one year during their journey. Corporations can provide allies, job shadowing opportunities, career days, etc. This is a fulfilling way to have a deep impact on the journey of our participants.
